Welcome to Fazer
It is a dream come true for many children – and the childlike – to visit Fazer’s confectionery factory in Vantaa. The tradition of visits started in a small scale back in the early 20th century when Fazer’s confectionery factory was located in the centre of Helsinki on Tehtaankatu street. Nowadays, around 50,000 people visit our Vantaa factory every year.
How to organise my visit?
If you would like to visit Fazer, please contact our booking centre first and book suitable time. Bookings can only be made on the phone on weekdays from 8.30 to 10.00 am.

Please note that
- bookings can only be made on the phone
- visits are organised during weekdays only
- the average duration of a visit is 1,5 hours
- the group size is 10 – 50 persons
- the minimum age is 10 years with the exception of January (see section “In January” below)
- visits are free of charge.
May is reserved for groups travelling long distance.
In January we exceptionally accept also groups of pre-school children. We have arranged special children’s programme for them. You can book visiting times for these pre-school groups, as well as other groups coming in January, during December.
