MJD (Marketing Management) Mika Sarimo (44) has been nominated VP, Marketing of Fazer Bakeries & Confectionery and member of the business area management team as of 7 December 2011. His area of responsibilities includes marketing, R&D, shopper impact, consumer insight and concept creation.
Mika has a broad experience in leading marketing, design and consultancy agencies. His international experiences are mainly in sales, marketing and branding in consumer good business. At present Mika is Managing Director at Marketing Clinic Finland, which is an international marketing consultancy agency. He has also been Managing Director at the marketing agencies Bob Helsinki and Viherjuuri. During 1998-2003 Mika worked globally at Nokia Mobile Phones in the areas of sales and marketing communications.
