During 1995-2010, Videman worked in several business, HR and change management tasks in Nokia’s different business units in Europe, Asia and USA (CV attached). Before his current partnership in VIG Consulting Oy, he worked as HR Director of Nokia Mobile Phones business unit, where his task was to renew and develop a complex international organization and its ways of working.

The following changes will take place in the current Group HR management from 1 August 2011: Kenneth Söderholm will continue as HR Director and management team member of Fazer Bakeries & Confectionery business area and Fazer Confectionery business unit. In addition, he will take on the responsibilities of HR Director and management team member of Fazer Bakeries Finland. Söderholm will report to Mika Videman. Pekka Heinänen, who has functioned as SVP, Human Resources of Fazer Group since 2004, has decided to take on new challenges outside Fazer.
