Fazer Group and Fazer Food Services are aware of the problems related to fishing and fish culture. The fish strategy of Fazer Food Services business area was updated in autumn 2009. The process of updating the fish strategy aimed at further deepening the understanding, ensuring sustainable solutions and addressing the environment and responsibility in sourcing better than before.
While drafting our fish strategy, we also found out about possibilities for increasing the amount of MSC certified products in our assortment.
