Geisha

Geisha was first mentioned in Fazer’s history in 1908. Back then, the product was a hard caramel which belonged to Fazer’s finest confectionery blend Fazerin Parhain. The Geisha caramel was later renamed Tokyo.

The Geisha chocolate bar came to the market in 1962 when Peter Fazer came up with the idea of combining the japonais filling used in a delicious pastry with milk chocolate. The Geisha assortment has grown with the years: now it includes also bars and pralines. Geisha is one of Fazer’s most popular international brands. Pink colour is strongly associated with Geisha.

Geisha’s soft chocolate exterior and crispy nougat filling are inspired by the Eastern philosophers’ mix of outer peace and inner strength.  Geisha – every day holds a little dream.
