Oululainen

Kaarlo and Vilhelmiina Helenius founded the Oululainen Kotileipomo bakery on 9 November 1909. In 1958, Oululainen became part of Fazer, and now the century-old Oululainen brand is more vital than ever.

Oululainen is one of the most traditional bakery brands in Finland, strongly associated with high-quality rye products (Oululainen Reissumies, Oululainen Jälkiuunileipä, Oululainen rye crisps). The brand also covers a wide range of white bread and also sweet bakery products e.g. Finland’s best-selling sweet bread loaves (Oululainen Pullava and Oululainen Pitkojen Pitko). Oululainen is genuine Finnish bread.
