Fazer has a total of 17,000 employees in Finland, Sweden, Russia, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
About 55 per cent of all Fazer employees work in the bakery and confectionery business and ca 45 per cent in food services.
Two thirds of Fazer employees are women and one third men.
