Stakeholder relations

The stakeholder groups that are important for Fazer are owners, personnel, customers, consumers, suppliers of products and services, authorities and the society as well as different kinds of organisations and the media.

The expectations and points of interest of the stakeholder groups vary. Thus, also the stakeholder work is varied. In the end of 2009, the Group started a project that surveys the views of different stakeholder groups on Fazer and their expectations of Fazer. The aim of the project is to improve the management of Fazer’s stakeholder group relations.
