Management and organisation

In Fazer Group, the management of corporate responsibility is part of normal management and the Group President is ultimately responsible for it. The corporate responsibility issues will be addressed as a part of the Group’s and business areas’ strategy processes, and the objectives and actions will be put into practice with the support of the normal management systems.

The Group’s SVP, Communications is responsible for corporate responsibility as member of the Group Management team. A Corporate responsibility manager, functioning under the SVP, Communications, is responsible for planning and developing corporate responsibility in practise and leading Fazer’s internal network of corporate responsibility specialists.

Business area heads are responsible for establishing the corporate responsibility strategy, following the practises, instructions and operating models related to corporate responsibility, and for target setting and reaching targets with regard to corporate responsibility in their respective business areas.
