Fazer’s confectionery products are exported to over 27 countries. Fazer is a strong player in the Baltic Sea region. Our target is to strengthen Fazer’s position in the confectionery market in prioritised export markets.
Our most important export markets are Sweden, Russia, the Baltic States, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland and Germany as well as Travel Trade, i.e. sales on ferries and air traffic.
Fazer’s own organisations take care of our sales in Sweden, Russia and the Baltic States. In other markets we mainly operate through partners.
Our export assortment consists of the best domestic brands and products, such as Geisha, Karl Fazer, Dumle, Liqueur Fills, Tutti Frutti and Fazermint.
Fazer’s bakery products are available in the east and the west
Fazer exports tasty bakery products to several countries in the east and the west. Our traditional export product is Fazer Crisp. The healthy delicacy produced in Finland can be found in stores in a number of countries, including Russia and Germany as well as the Baltic countries and Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Our bakery in Sweden produces for export several bakery products packaged in modified atmosphere. Especially our organic rye products (organic rye bread packaged in modified atmosphere) are popular in Germany and other export markets. Due to a special production technology, our organic products last for a long time and can be prepared without additives.
In Sweden, we also bake thin breads for export. These ready-baked frozen products are especially suitable for fast food markets (sandwiches, kebabs, etc.).
Thin breads are exported to several European countries, such as France, the Benelux countries, Spain and Portugal.
In addition, we export fresh and frozen products. Bake-off products that are produced and frozen in Finland are exported to Russia and the Baltic countries. The products baked and frozen in Sweden are exported to several European countries. Fresh products are mainly exported from Finland to Sweden.
Fazer’s Hlebny Dom bakery in Russia exports its products mainly to the Baltic countries.
