Show your Talent: DUMLE TRICKS Competition Rules
The Organizer of the Show your Talent: DUMLE TRICKS competition is Fazer Makeiset Oy (Fazerintie 6, 01230 Vantaa, Finland) (“Fazer” or “Organizer”).
2. Right to participate
In order to participate in this competition, participants accept the rules of the competition (“competition rules”) and commit to abide by the rules and any decision made by the Organizer based on these rules.
Participants must be at least 15 years of age and be a permanent resident in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia or Poland. Employees of the Organizer and members of their families, as well as employees of companies in the Organizer’s group that have participated in the organization or supervision of the competition, as well as members of their families, may not participate in the competition.
It is possible to participate in two different social media channels: Facebook and Instagram. The competition’s age limit is in line with the age of approval practices of the participation platform services. By entering in the competition, participants accept the age limit. Entries by persons under 15 years of age will not be approved.
3. Duration of the campaign
The campaign begins on 2 May 2016 and ends on 30 August 2016. The participation times for each separate competition during the campaign period can be found in section 4. Participation.
It is possible to participate in two different social media channels: Facebook and Instagram. No purchase is necessary to participate. Entrants can participate in all of the monthly and weekly competitions.
4.1 Facebook competition
On Facebook, the specific country’s brand page is the competition platform. The page is located at: www.facebook.com/dumle
Entry in the Facebook competition is done by commenting on a video posted on each country’s brand page, which includes a question about the competition. Answers sent to the local brand page compete among each other. Prizes are drawn monthly throughout the competition between the correctly answered entries.
On Facebook, each participating country’s Dumle brand page will run four (4) separate competitions during the campaign period, one for each month. Competition videos are published on Mondays and answers will be accepted for a three week period following publication.
The Facebook competitions’ beginning and end dates are:

4.2 Instagram competition
The competition platform for the Instagram competition is the international Dumle brand page.

Entry in the Instagram competition is done by commenting on the competition images or videos published on the Organizer’s brand account. Prizes are drawn weekly throughout the competition between the correctly answered entries.
On Instagram, the Dumle brand page will run a total of eighteen (18) separate competitions, one for each week. The competition images are published on Wednesdays, and answers will be accepted until the following Friday.

4 May, 11 May, 19 May, 25 May, 1 June, 8 June, 15 June, 22 June, 28 June, 6 July, 13 July, 20 July, 27 July, 3 August, 10 August, 17 August, 24 August and 31 August
5. Responsibility of the participant and licence to Fazer
The competition is not organized, supported or managed by Facebook or Instagram. In addition to the competition rules, Fazer and the participants agree to follow the terms of the Facebook and Instagram services.
Participants may notify Fazer of inappropriate, rule-breaking or illegal activities in the competition posts. Activity of this kind and/or fraudulent entries may be removed from the competition posts and the participant may be banned from entering again. It is forbidden to post false notifications regarding other participants in order to disrupt the competition or to gain an unfair advantage. False notifications may also lead to being banned from the competition.
Fazer reserves the right to publish competition answers on its social media brand pages that are being used as the competition platform. Fazer has the right to ban a participant from the competition if it has grounds to suspect that the participant has broken the competition rules. Based on the same grounds, Fazer has the right to remove answers from its social media brand pages that are being used as the competition platform, reject a participant’s competition answer, or exclude said participant from the competition.
By participating, the participant assures that they meet the right to participate in the competition.
By participating, the participant grants Fazer permission to publish the winner’s name in the competition channels and in other channels (marketing material, campaign page, social media) without separate consent or compensation.

The organizer will draw a total of 536 prizes on Facebook. The draw will take place monthly between each entrant that provided a correct answer on the competition post. The final entry date for each monthly competition is mentioned in the competition post, and entries posted after that date will not be included in the draw.
In addition, the Organizer will draw 180 prizes on Instagram every calendar week. The draw will take place weekly between each entrant that provided a correct answer on the competition post. The final entry date for each weekly competition is mentioned in the competition post, and entries posted after that date will not be included in the draw.
The Organizer will contact the drawn winners through the social media services that are used as the competition platform. The winner must react to the Organizer’s message and provide their contact information for prize delivery within one week of receiving the message. The Organizer is not responsible for issues that are caused by features, faults or operations of the social media services used as the competition platform, or the participant’s failure to provide their contact information.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other products. Prizes drawn on both Facebook and Instagram will be delivered once per month.
8. Responsibilities of the organizer
Participants relieve Fazer and other possible competition partners from any liability for damage caused or claimed to have been caused by taking part in this competition. The Organizer's liability to the participants will not exceed the amount or value of the prizes mentioned in these rules. Fazer will not be responsible for any information technology-related issues relating to participation in the competition or receipt of prizes. Fazer is also not responsible for issues relating to participation in the competition or receipt of prizes that are caused by features, faults or operations of the social media services used as the competition platform, or the participant’s failure to provide their contact information.
9. Other terms and conditions
Fazer reserves the right to change the rules or prizes of the competition, as well as cancel or terminate the competition without prior or separate notice. Changes to the competition or its rules will be posted on the campaign site.
