Ingredients

Brownie dough

100 g butter or margarine
150 g  Fazer Dark baking chocolate
2 dl sugar
1/2 dl brown sugar
3 eggs
2 dl wheat flour
1 tbsp Fazer Cacao powder
  a pinch of salt

Cookie dough

100 g butter or margarine
1 dl  sugar
1 dl brown sugar
1 egg
2 dl  wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 bag (110 g) Dumle sweets

Directions

First prepare the brownie dough. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Add the sugars and let the mixture cool for a while. Add the eggs while vigorously mixing the dough. Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the dough. Pour the brownie dough into a mould (25 × 30 cm) lined with baking paper, and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Prepare the cookie dough. Beat the room-temperature butter and the sugars. Add the eggs while mixing the dough. Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the dough. Cut the Dumle sweets into pieces and add them to the dough. With a spoon, spread the cookie dough on top of the brownie dough in the mould, and bake it in the middle of the oven at 175 °C for 35 minutes. Let the brookie set in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
