Ingredients (serves 4)

1 bag (220g) of Fazer Dumle sweets

200ml double cream

50g Fazer Premium baking chocolate

2 eggs

100g sugar

pinch of salt


1. Boil half of the cream in a pan. Add the Dumle sweets and stir as you heat the mixture until the sweets have melted. Remove from the stove, add the ground dark chocolate and stir until smooth. Leave to cool.

2. Whip the rest of the cream until firm. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Whip the egg whites until they start to firm up. Add the sugar and continue to whip until glossy.

3. When the chocolate mixture is lukewarm, whip in the yolks. Add salt. Fold the whipped cream and egg white gently into the cool chocolate mixture using a spatula.

4. Pour into serving bowls and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
