Ingredients (serves 4)


50 g butter
50 g Fazer Premium dark chocolate
50 ml sugar
50 ml wheat flour
½ tbsp Fazer Ögon Cacao cocoa powder
1 egg
1 egg yolk
4 Fazer Dumle sweets
  Vanilla ice cream to serve


Whisk the room-temperature butter and sugar until fluffy.  Melt the chocolate in a microwave or bain-marie and add it to the butter mixture.

Lightly beat the egg and the yolk and mix into the mixture.

Sieve the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and mix until smooth.

Spoon the mixture into four silicone cupcake liners and press a Dumle sweet into the centre of each.

Bake in a 200 °C oven for about eight minutes.

Turn out the fondants. To make it easier, you can do this on a plastic chopping board. 

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
