1 bag of Fazer Keksimuru biscuit crumbs
50 g butter

Toffee filling

100 ml  whipping cream
1 bag (220 g)  Fazer Dumle sweets
2 bananas
200 ml  whipping cream


  Dumle sweets
  Chopped Fazer Dark baking chocolate


First, prepare the toffee filling by heating the cream in a small saucepan and adding the unwrapped Dumle sweets. Mix and let the sweets melt. Cool the toffee mixture.

Melt the butter and add it to the biscuit crumbs. Press the mix into a springform cake tin lined with baking parchment (diameter around 20 cm) Put the base into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Whip the cream and slice the bananas. Spoon the toffee filling onto the base first, then the banana slices and then finally the whipped cream. Decorate with chopped Dumle sweets and chocolate.
