Dumle Easter Egg campaign rules

WHO CAN ENTER?
The campaign is open for all natural persons over 16 years of age.

HOW TO TAKE PART?
The campaign begins on 15 March 2020 and ends on 19 April 2020. You can enter the prize draw by filling in the competition form and by putting it in the lottery box. You can enter as many times as you like.

PRIZES AND NOTIFYING WINNERS

The prize of the campaign is 20 Dumle giant eggs filled with Dumle chocolate (2 prizes per Viking Line ship and 6 for online competition). The value of the one prize is approximately 30€. The prize will be drawn, no longer than 2 months after the campaign, by Fazer.

The winner will be contacted in person by email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the win will be void and Fazer will be entitled to hold the draw again to find a new winner. The prize will be delivered to the winner by mail within the EU only.
Fazer/Viking Line has the right to use its websites and social media channels to announce the winner or winners, giving their first name, initial letter of the last name, and their locality.

The prize cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for any other prize.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Fazer processes the participants’ personal data in order to execute the campaign and to award the prizes. Personal data may also be processed for direct marketing purposes with the participant’s permission. Further information about the processing of personal data is available in Fazer’s Privacy Statement and online at www.fazergroup.com/privacy.

LIABILITIES OF THE ORGANISER
Fazer is responsible for any possible lottery tax related to the campaign.
Participants absolve Fazer, any other campaign organisers and any other partners from any liability for damage caused or claimed to have been caused by taking part in this campaign or by using the prize of the campaign. Fazer’s liability to the participants will not exceed the value of the prizes specified in these rules under any circumstances. Fazer will not be responsible for any information technology-related issues relating to participation in the campaign or receipt of prizes.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If there is reason to suspect a participant of fraud or some other act in breach of the terms and conditions, Fazer has the right to reject their participation.

Fazer will announce on the campaign site and, as far as is possible, through the campaign marketing channels, if we are forced to make changes in the campaign, its prizes, dates, availability or other factors that have an effect on the implementation of the campaign. Fazer reserves the right to change the campaign and the campaign rules in any way that does not significantly affect participants.
