1 pkt (500g) Puff pastry
1 bag (220g) Dumle sweets

To glaze
2 eggs

For sprinkling
icing sugar


Cut the defrosted pastry sheets into two squares.
Put one or two Dumle sweets in the middle of each square.
Brush a little egg on two adjacent sides of the square.
Fold the pastry sheets into triangles. Press down the sides of the triangle.
Brush the Dumle in blankets with egg wash.

Bake the Dumle in blankets at 225 °C in the middle part of the oven for around 12 minutes until they are golden brown.
Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
