4 eggwhites
3 dl  sugar
1 teasp  vanilla sugar
1 teasp  baking powder
160 g  peanuts
80 g crackers

Dumle frosting

60 g butter
120 g  Dumle Dark or Dumle Orginal
4 egg yolks

On top of the cake for decoration

3 dl  cream
40 g  peanuts, finely chopped
few  Dumle caramels, chopped in 3 part each


Oven heated to 180 degrees. Egg whites whipped and sugar added gradually. Peanuts and salt crackers finely crushed in a food processor and then added to the egg whites and the sugar, with a spatula along with the vanilla sugar and baking powder. The dough is poured into a 24 cm spring form pan. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Put butter into a pan and melt at medium heat. Add Dumle into the pan and allow to melt, cool slightly. Egg yolks are whipped lightly and the melted Dumle with the sugar and butter is added.

Put the cake on a plate and spread the Dumle frosting over the cake. Whip the cream and distribute over the cake, Decorate with the chopped Dumle and peanuts.
