4 slices  cured salmon 
1,5 dl  crème fraiche 
2 tbs  chopped chives 
2 tbs   chopped dill 
2 tbs  lemon juice 
  sea salt 
  black pepper


  1. Mix crème fraiche, chopped dill, chives and lemon juice.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place cured salmon on the crisp and top with the sauce.
  4. Garnish with the dill, chives and finely grated lemon peel.
