100 ml mustard powder

around 100 ml crushed Tyrkisk Peber Original sweets

around 100 ml water

0.5 tbsp vinegar


  1. Measure around 100 ml of hot water in a bowl and add the crushed sweets. Let the sweets dissolve in the water.
  2. Put the mustard powder in a saucepan.
  3. When the sweets have dissolved in the water, pour the resulting liquid little by little into the pan with the mustard powder. Heat. Take the pan off the heat when the mustard has started to swell.
  4. Add the vinegar.

  • Sliced Graham bread
  • Tuna chunks in oil
  • Cubanelle pepper
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Grated Emmental and mozzarella cheese

NOTE! Use the Tyrkisk Peber mustard as a spread on the bread

Cook in the top part of the oven at 250 °C for 7–8 minutes. The sandwiches are ready when they are a nice golden colour.
