• 115 g salted butter
  • 220 ml whipping cream
  • 200 ml brown sugar
  • 100 g crushed Tyrkish Peber Original sweets


  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan on a medium heat. Add the brown sugar and crushed sweets. Mix until completely melted.
  • Add whipped cream, mix well and gently boil for about 7 minutes.
  • Cool before using.
