- 115 g salted butter
- 220 ml whipping cream
- 200 ml brown sugar
- 100 g crushed Tyrkish Peber Original sweets
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan on a medium heat. Add the brown sugar and crushed sweets. Mix until completely melted.
- Add whipped cream, mix well and gently boil for about 7 minutes.
- Cool before using.
